Join us on Colcord Avenue in Sanger Heights for another year of fun and safe trick-or-treating!
Food trucks, epic decorations, community resource tables, and good neighborly fun!
Traffic will be closed on Colcord Avenue for your safety from 21st-25th streets.

Movie Night - Christmas in July
Join us for the first Sanger Heights Neighborhood Association Movie Night!
Thanks to a City of Waco Neighborhood grant, we are so excited to make use of our new Movie Projector & Popcorn Machine to provide a fun way for Sanger Heights neighbors to gather together in this summer heat.
We will provide free popcorn & bottled water to all while we watch a cold-weather-vibe movie displayed on our association’s new movie projector!

Sanger Heights Neighborhood Association meets regularly for a General Meeting with any interested neighbors or businesses on the Second Sunday of every Odd-Numbered Month.
All Sanger Heights Residents, Business owners, or Stakeholders are welcome at General meetings, regardless of membership status. Only Members will be allowed to vote.
MLK Day - Service at the Good Neighbor House
Join your Sanger Heights neighbors for a Day of Service in honor of Martin Luther King Jr at the Good Neighbor House. Home & Lawn projects available for all ages!

Members Dessert Social
At Sanger Heights Neighborhood Association, one of our goals is to create more opportunities for members to meet each other. So we're hosting a dessert + tea social just for our members.
This is not a meeting! This is simply a time to hang out, chat and enjoy some tea and desserts.

Halloween on Colcord
Join us on Colcord Avenue in Waco for the best Trick-or-Treating, huge decorations, food, fun, and more!
Colcord Avenue will be safely blocked to road traffic between the blocks of 22nd-25th streets with help from City of Waco. Reliable parking is suggested along Ethel Avenue.
Our neighborhood has a long tradition of celebrating Halloween on Colcord, and after a year off for Covid safety, we are ready for another fun night with neighbors!

General Meeting
General Neighborhood Meetings are usually held on the Second Sunday of every Odd-Numbered Month, but this month gets a special meeting to prepare for Halloween on Colcord! Please come out to the Good Neighbor House (2301 Colcord) at 5:30 for free pizza to hear more about Halloween on Colcord and how we can help you with it, and how you can help us make it a success.
There will also be a short presentation from Waco ISD about public school bonds and a chance to join the Neighborhood Association if you haven't already.
